Project Management
Our project managers are well used to connect to manufacturers for the Design Development and Engineering + NPI phases, so therefor it makes sense to align the process with them first. Most manufacturers will use some form the APQP format, so we will adapt the deliverables and requirements to their process to ensure smooth execution
In the next phase, we'll be working with mechanical, electrical and software engineers (as needed) from the factory, we develop the design for manufacture and verify function, realiability and safety
